Basic Material Parameters

  1. Base Material: Made of high-purity recycled UHMWPE pellets (blended color material) through screening, purification, impurity removal and high-temperature compression molding. The base material is essentially UHMWPE without mixed inferior waste plastic, different from low-grade ordinary recycled PE sheets.
  2. Substrate Molecular Weight: Effective molecular weight ≥3,000,000 g/mol, retaining the basic wear resistance, impact resistance and corrosion resistance of UHMWPE to meet the usage standards of general industrial working conditions.
  3. Material Density: 0.93–0.96 g/cm³, identical to virgin UHMWPE sheets. Lightweight with self-weight only 1/8 of steel plates, easy to transport and install without increasing load on equipment and silos.
  4. Product Features: Natural mixed speckled texture on the surface (black-white mixed, multi-color mixed), no artificial dyeing. Eco-friendly recycled cost-effective sheets with high cost performance, suitable for non-high-precision, non-food, non-medical general industrial mining scenarios.
  5. Formula Categories: General wear-resistant blended grade, UV-resistant weatherproof blended grade, anti-static blended grade. Basic modification can be customized according to site working conditions.

Physical Weather Resistance, Anti-Corrosion & Anti-Sticking Parameters

  1. Operating Temperature Range: -50℃ to +80℃ with stable performance under high and low temperatures. No embrittlement in winter low temperature, no softening and deformation in summer high temperature, featuring strong temperature adaptability for full-range industrial mining environments.
  2. Water Absorption Rate: <0.01%, virtually non-absorbent. It will not absorb water, swell, deform or delamination in rainy construction sites, humid environments, coal slurry water and salt water, delivering excellent dimensional stability.
  3. Self-lubricating & Anti-sticking Performance: Coefficient of friction 0.07–0.15 with smooth non-stick surface and outstanding anti-blocking effect. It solves material sticking, arching and blockage in coal silos and bunkers to guarantee smooth blanking.
  4. Corrosion Resistance: Resistant to corrosion by acids, alkalis, salt spray, mine water, oil stains and soil. Rust-proof, mildew-proof and oxidation-proof, capable of harsh complex corrosive conditions in mines, coking plants and construction sites.
  5. Insulation Performance: Volume resistivity >10¹⁰ Ω·cm with good insulation and no conductive hazards, applicable to general electrical protection and construction insulating backing plates.
  6. Aging Resistance: UV-modified blended grades resist outdoor ultraviolet radiation and delay aging cracking, meeting long-term service requirements for ordinary open-air working conditions.

Core Mechanical Performance Parameters

  1. Tensile Strength: ≥26 MPa; high-purity purified blended sheets reach up to 28 MPa with stable mechanical properties. No cracking or delamination during cutting, drilling and installation, meeting general structural stress requirements.
  2. Compressive Strength (at 10% strain): ≥28 MPa with favorable compression resistance. It can withstand long-term material extrusion and static equipment pressure without obvious indentation or permanent deformation, suitable for ordinary wear-resistant lining pad conditions.
  3. Charpy Notched Impact Strength: ≥70 kJ/m², retaining UHMWPE’s excellent impact resistance. No brittle fracture or edge chipping at low temperature, able to resist impact from falling conventional materials and equipment collision.
  4. Elongation at Break: ≥100% with superior toughness and zero brittle fracture risk. It adapts to minor equipment vibration and slight site deformation for safe and stable structural service.
  5. Abrasion Resistance: Mortar abrasion loss is close to virgin UHMWPE sheets. Its wear resistance is 5–7 times that of ordinary carbon steel and over 4 times that of standard PE sheets, satisfying wear resistance requirements for material scouring and friction in industrial mining.

Working Condition Selection Criteria

  1. Liner plates for ordinary coal bunkers in coal mines, coking plants and power plants: Select standard blended sheets with molecular weight of 3,000,000 g/mol and thickness of 10–20 mm to meet anti-sticking, anti-blocking and wear protection demands.
  2. Temporary road base plates, equipment leg backing plates and mechanical wear-resistant sliding blocks for construction sites: Choose thickened blended sheets of 15–30 mm with excellent compression resistance and ultra-high cost performance.
  3. Ordinary material silo lining and chute liners for mines and cement plants: Adopt impact-resistant blended sheets as an alternative to virgin material to reduce project budget.
  4. Ordinary open-air outdoor protection and equipment enclosure lining plates: Select UV-modified blended sheets with weather and aging resistance for simple outdoor working conditions.
  5. Prohibited Application Scenarios: Food processing, pharmaceutical, drinking water equipment, medical protection, precision equipment, high radiation and high-precision marine heavy-duty conditions (virgin solid black/white UHMWPE sheets must be used).
